Lina María Ramírez Arias
Lawyer graduated from Universidad de Los Andes, with a specialization in urban law and land policies from the same university. She has experience in real estate law and elaboration of complex real estate title studies. During his professional career she has worked for firms such as Brigard y Urrutia, Prieto y Carrizosa (today Philippi Prietocarrizosa Ferrero DU & Uría) and Martínez Neira (today DLA Piper Martínez Beltrán). In the last 10 years she has held executive positions in private sector companies leading the legal affairs of such companies with emphasis on new businesses development. One of her greatest strengths is her investigative capacity, empathy towards the needs of entrepreneurial clients and creativity in the development of new projects.
Nicolás Muñoz Escobar
Lawyer graduated from Universidad Externado de Colombia, with a specialization in Commercial Law from the same university. He has more than 22 years of experience in Civil and Commercial Law litigation, commercial and corporate consulting, elaboration of real estate titling complex studies and business structuring, mainly in real estate. Extensive experience advising national and international companies in large transactions and one of his greatest strengths is his ability to conciliate and negotiate highly complex agreements. At the beginning of his career he worked in Banco Colpatria litigation area, and during the last 18 years he has worked for Cahn-Speyer Paredes Asociados leading the litigation area of the firm.
